Oregon ‘Naked Lady’ Jen Moss Plans Lawsuit if Not Topless in Parade

To locals, she’s known as the naked lady—often seen bicycling through Ashland, Oregon topless, something she plans to repeat during Ashland's Fourth of July parade. Vowing she’ll wear nothing but a hemp G-string, the Chamber of Commerce has now stepped in, saying that goes against rules for the family celebration. Now nudity loving Jen Moss says she’ll sue if she’s told to cover it up.

Clinton Wins Big in Kentucky, Obama Looks for Victory in Oregon

New York Senator Hillary Clinton has taken victory in the Kentucky Democratic primary on Tuesday as expected, with Illinois Senator Barack Obama on track to win in the Oregon primary results. According to Kentucky exit polls and early voting results, Clinton took the state by a wide spread, while polls from Oregon give Obama a comfortable margin of victory.

Oregon Transgendered Man Pregnant

Thomas Beatie, a transgendered man from Portland, Oregon, has revealed he is pregnant in the latest issue of The Advocate. Beatie, who transitioned from female to male, said he has faced intense discrimination from doctors and healthcare providers over the pregnancy. Beatie and his wife are expecting a baby girl in July.

Constitutional Gay Marriage Bans Go Into Effect
Amendments to the Constitutions of Arkansas, Oregon and Ohio to ban same-sex marriage went into effect today. In Oregon, the constitutional ban on gay marriage took effect on Thursday as the Oregon Supreme Court awaited final briefs from lawyers to determine whether nearly 3,000 marriage licenses issued to same-sex couples are valid.

Oregon County Resumes Issuing Marriage Licenses - But Not To Gays
Benton County Friday began issuing marriage licenses again, after a judge ordered county officials to abandon a protest over not being allowed to issue licenses to same-sex couples. Senior Judge Wayne R. Harris ordered Benton County on Wednesday to resume issuing the licenses, saying officials had failed to provide a service.

Oregon Court Battle On Gay Marriage Could Be Fruitless
The Oregon Supreme Court will hear arguments on the constitutionality of the state's ban on same-sex marriage November 17. But, no matter how the court rules the case may be redundant. Voters will decide two weeks earlier if the Oregon Constitution should be amended to bar gay marriage.
